Hello! Welcome to my site! I was a public-school teacher for forty years. I'm lucky I lasted that long without getting a pair of hoof prints on my rearend. My stress level was high, especially when one is a Navy wife and the mother of three special needs children. By the way, Margaret Brown is a pen name I sometimes use.
I can still remember the words from one of my principals, Mrs. U. (I've had to deal with a total of 14.). Mrs. U. had one time said, "The most important thing in one's life is one's health. If you don't have that, you don't have anything."
At that time, I didn't take her seriously, as I should have! Even though, I'm no longer in the classroom, doesn't mean I shouldn't work on improving my health and share what I've discovered.
