Drinking a cup of Tulsi tea in the morning, did not help me with stress issues. However, it does help Ace, who is a middle school math teacher.
I had him try a cup of Hawthorne/Hibiscus tea a favorite of mine, which I mentioned in an earlier post.
Ace tried it and didn't care much for it. He really likes having a cup of Tulsi tea in the morning, saying it gets him off to a great start. For someone who teaches and must drive in heavy traffic to get to and from work, I guess its worth mentioning in this post.
Tulsi tea does have a reputation for relieving stress, as well as having a high content of magnesium, which is good for the heart. In addition, Tulsi tea helps build immunity and it's great for respiratory disorders. Unfortunately, it's not my cup of tea, but it might be yours!
