If you've ever had a kidney stone, then you know how it feels! For me, when I've passed one, I felt like I was splitting apart, almost like giving birth!
Well, there is relief, and it comes in a bottle. No, not booze!
My relief came from taking a proprietary extract blend of dandelion root, turmeric root and marshmallow root, with a few other herbal ingredients.
I do not know what other products sell this blend. The only one I know of and have used is, Stone Free Liquid Herbal Extract manufactured by Planetary Herbals. Now, it's possible one might get by in only taking one of the above herbal supplements. I don't know for sure, since i haven't taken that root (route).
Recently, my spouse needed a kidney stone to pass and used this product. He began taking the product as directed in the morning and passed the kidney stone in the evening. Of course, he did drink lots of water and took a spoonful of lemon juice here and there. (More about lemon juice and kidney stones in a future blog post.)
