Years ago, I had a dream about this tea. Several women, all having white hair and beautiful skin, shared the importance of drinking lemon verbena tea for reduce the aging cycle. However, I wasn't able to purchase lemon verbena in the form of a tea. Instead, it was only sold as an ingredient in soap and skin products.
Well, recently, I found lemon verbena sold as a tea in silk netted bags, instead of paper.
I've tried it and it's different. Sort of mild with an unexpected kick on the taste buds.
This tea not only is supposed to be good for helping to achieve youthfulness, provide a calming effect, help with sleep and promote weight loss.
Well, only time will tell. But for now, I am just going to enjoy trying something new. (Hint: I still prefer Hawthorne/Hibiscus tea, as my morning tea.)
